OUR STORY
Peter Sacco was a young surfer when he visited Latin America for the first time, and was struck to find social inequality on a scale he had never imagined. Determined to be part of the solution, he started Adelante to stimulate sustainable economic development in Pastores, Guatemala.
Adelante was born from the realization that capitalism can be both the cause of, and the solution to, our greatest social challenges. We envision a future in which business is leveraged to reduce poverty and promote inclusive development worldwide.
